All good, easy purchase, effortless communication. Using UPS for shipping to USA is great improvement over previous FedEx, in my opinion. Package arrived in 4 days and no dealings with built in customs at FedEx. Very satisfied with this transaction. Slightly dissapoited that they dont carry Rev'it any more but it is what it is.

I ordered Renthal purple bars because I couldn't find them in the US or another place that would ship here. Came across motostorm and got a better price including shipping than advertised US prices. Limited edition bars arrived in a week, in factory packaging and they kept me informed from order to delivery. I normally wouldn't order from Europe but I will now look here before anywhere else.

I ordered a givi pannier rack for my TRK 502 and it arrived within a week and at a good price too. However, the holes on the one side of the rack didn't quite match up with those on the bike, so a bit of drilling and filing was required. I know this is not motostorms fault, but it was easier and quicker to do it myself rather than send it all back to Italy for exchange.
