i received my order in good condition on the 21st of the month but rating is a result of the long delay. when i made the purchase, it was originally set to arrive atleast 15 days earlier. When I didn't get it on the original schedule, I emailed them and only then did I find out what the cause of delay was and what the new delivery date was.
we are sorry for the delay in shipping. the products were ordered at the various brands and they had delays. We have informed you as soon as the various arrival dates were confirmed. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

It took about a week and a half for them to even ship it out. During that waiting period I sent them several emails saying cancel if the helmet weighs over a certain limit. They replied saying the incorrect weight. They ignored my emails and shipped it out anyway ...and of course it's heavier than advertised. Now they want me to pay shipping back to them which is totally unfair when I told him not to ship it.

I just received a HJC RPHA 90S modular hemet today and I'm very pleased with it! I shopped for a month and Motostorm beat prices here in the U.S. by 200 dollars! if you can wait for overseas shipping, Motostorm is hard to beat, believe me, I'll be buying more from them.
