Purchased for delivery in the uk, p&p was high, so presumed that would cover all delivery charges - it never.
I've now received a import fee from UPS.
The site doesn't make this clear, yes you can find the information out as I found out afterwards, but only after searching. Should be clearer..
Why the expensive p&p if this doesn't cover the full cost of delivery?
Emailed customer service, who in fairness replied swiftly, yet with quite a pedantic reply.
Won't be purchasing here again.

Ordered a pair of Gearne SG12 boots from the US and just got them today, should have came 3 days ago, but due to a winter storm, it was delayed, so haven't minded at all.

It still came way earlier than I thought and am Extremely happy with the purchaee.

I would give Motostorm 10/10 if I could and will definitely do business with them again and tell everyone about them who wants gear.
