American buyer who was seeking the perfect tail bag for my new Kawasaki. Givi in the US is far more expensive than Europe. Even with the high shipping cost the purchase was still significantly cheaper than ordering from the US site. Shipping was phenomenal. They shipped my order the same day and it arrived from overseas faster than many orders I’ve placed coming from just a state over. Very happy with Motostorm and I will return if they carry other products I want.

Couldn't be more happy with the speed of delivery. Ordered on Wednesday and received it on Monday. Oh yeah, that's from Italy to Australia.
The new PUIG screen was a perfect fit and feels much more solid than the factory one.

Excellent boots. Mid-width (some may consider narrow). Fit is a little on the small side, I wear a US 10 and the 44 fits real well. Seem very protective, the latch systems is very secure. My second pair of these and I would recommend them!

Very bad
Ordered 2 item and then receive an email saying : they order the items to the manufacturer so I need to wait 2 weeks for my delivery and then ask them to send me as priority as I need jt and they send it as standard delivery I won’t order again

Ottimo servizio, il colore del prodotto da me ordinato era esaurito ma sono stato prontamente contattato e nel giro di 48 ore è arrivato il colore scelto in seconda battuta.
