I found the web site navigation to be easy. I live in California and purchased a helmet for a discounted price. The shipping cost was very good for very fast FedEx International shipping. The helmet arrived in about 4 days after purchase.

I ordered the SHOEI Neotec 2 motorcycle helmet. I ordered it from your site because the price was competitive in comparison with other sellers. What I didn't know was that UPS would send me an email stating that I had to pay import charges. The helmet ended up being more expensive than the other sellers. I won't be using your services again.

Merce arrivata intatta e rispecchiante le aspettative. Purtroppo ordine eseguito il 9 agosto arrivato il 29 dello stesso mese, qualche ora dopo la partenza del viaggio, motivo per il quale avevo ordinato quelle scarpe. Ritardo dovuto a chiusura per ferie della ditta fabbricatrice ma di cui l'acquirente non ne può nulla. La prossima volta telefonerò prima di effettuare l'ordine per conoscere l'effettiva disponibilità di ciò che ordino.

Probably should be 5 star. Great service, good price, prompt delivery, well packaged for delivery half way around the world. I purchased a Givi top box with all the extras but unfortunately, I ordered the wrong back rest which fitted the old Givi model. Not really Motostorm's fault but would have been nice if they had realised the back rest didn't match the rest of my order. Make sure you do diligent research and order exactly what you require.
