Ordered a helmet for £160 to be delivered to the uk. Unfortunately got a bill from fedex to pay vat + processing of £ 42. very expensive experience. Would not recommend ordering from uk
Hello, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. As the Uk is no longer part of the European community you do not pay Vat when purchasing form Motostorm. However you willbe charged customs duties when the parcel arrives to the Uk. We state t his one our website and also on the confirmation email that you receive after you place the order.

Item was good, but I was upset with timeline, it was mention that i will get my order after 10days, but after 10days, there wasn't any date change, I should call to support and investigate where is my order

Não cumpriram a data de entrega, inicialmente diziam que estava disponível, posteriormente a entrega passou para 20.08.2022. e só chegou a 30.08.2022. O material estava devidamente embalado e ficou perfeito no capacete. Único ponto negativo o já mencionado.

Ho trovato solo i prezzi un po alti. Ho preso un interno n42 per un casco( a cui tengo) ma allo.stesso prezzo potevo comprare un casco nuovo

Il casco è arrivato ben imballato ma senza nessun adesivo/sigillo che ne comprovasse il non uso. Il casco internamente è stato usato o dato in prova dato che non c'è modo che le coperture interne stiano al loro posto. Forse è usato o è un articolo da dimostrazione fatto stà che non comprerò ma più altro dal Vs sito. Inqualificabile!

Il casco da lei ricevuto non è mai stato venduto prima, non era in esposizione e il marchio del casco da lei acquistato - e nessun marchio in generale - usa sigilli sulle proprie scatole in quanto poco pratico in caso di necessità di aggiunta di accessori o altro.
Gli interni sono removibili e se non correttamente indossato possono staccarsi - non è assolutamente indice di uso o prova.
Se non è soddisfatto del prodotto ha la possibilità di renderlo gratuitamente entro 30 giorni dal momento della ricezione per rimborso.
