As with previous purchases, Motostorm are excellent at Customer Service. Givi was a bit slow in getting the specialist item for my V85TT, but Motostorm followed up, and got the whole thing going. Good pricing. Great service. Fast delivery. Much better than Australia. Thank you.

Avevo chiesto il casco con colorazione bianca e non nera come da documento d'acquisto...e da bolla come potrete verificare..ma alla fine è bello lo stesso anche se per correttezza avreste dovuto avvisarmi.. però ripeto va bene così...

The order was shipped earlier than indicated and it contained exactly what you ordered. We explained numerous times that the order was shipped correctly based on what you ordered and that the items were sold individually and not as kits - you plainly ignored all our attempts to explain what happened and insulted our Customer care operator. We answered all your emails since the beginning and were always respectful in trying to explain the situation. We are sorry you are still not satisfied with the purchase.
