Communication at first was not great, one of my items was on backorder, but they did not tell me this so my order showed in process for a long time. I had to send multiple emails to ask why it hadn't shipped yet. Finally they responded and resolved the issue and my order was shipped and delivered quickly. I have used Motostorm in the past and will use them again in the future.
