Ci scusiamo si il ritardo vi ha causato qualche inconveniente. Vedo che nel fratempo abbiamo spedito e la merce vi e stato consegnata.

Hi , I ordered puig windshield for my yamaha mt 09 for almost 200 euro.
I asked the seller to put lower price for that windshield for customs reasons.
At the end I got delay on the package plus I've been asked to pay extra of 125 euro to Fedex to release the package from customs or whenever it was hold.
I ended up paying 325 euro for that windshield.
Very bad and poor customer servies, they even didn't respond to my request.

Will never order from them again.
Very disappointed.
