Your online web page stated that your price and shipping charges included customs clearance, but later I was charged an additional 6,000 THB ($170 USD) by UPS. I am not happy about this.

Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. Motostrom does not state that these extra costs are included in the shipping fee charged when placing your order.

Excellent service and good communication. As I live in Australia I was initially a little apprehensive but package arrived promptly and well packaged. The panniers themselves are of excellent quality. I will order from Motostorm again.
