Shocking service followed by even worse customer service especially by the customer service manager Andrea Lenihan who is abusive and disrespectful. Still awaiting a refund and just receive lies when I do finally get a reply.
Had to get my bank involved to try and get a refund now. Hidden charges for international customers by their chosen delivery provider and when I didn’t accept the charge I was told by the manager “ooh you can count” “you’re the only English person to moan” followed by when I said don’t speak to me like that she replied “don’t worry I won’t” and ended the call.
After calling back I was told she is unavailable and I couldn’t speak to anyone else.
Absolute shocking customer service manager who is giving Motostorm a very bad name.

Website is easy to navigate, quick delivery w/o problems. I did not have to interact with customer service, therefore I cannot review that aspect. So far everything I ordered has arrived without dismay. Thank you Motostorm!

Shipping was fast and product was correct and packed well,had a international fee but was only 10 dollars or so
