All perfect. I did not have contact with customer service because there was no need!
I bought a helmet, surprisingly too small after measuring according to the manufacturer. I asked for an exchange and all was already set up. Return and delivery of the bigger size. All quick.
Very efficient shop, I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Recommended.
