I placed an order for a helmet. My card was charged promptly yet for an entire month I did not hear from Motostorm. No helmet, not even an order confirmation. Then I reached out to them with a request for an update. They replied right away and shipped the helmet in record time. So overall it was a mixed experience. I hope it was a one-time oversight, my order may have slipped through the cracks. I would buy from them again, mistakes happen.

Spedizione Molto rapida un'appunto però, avevo chiesto informazioni sul prodotto prima dell'acquisto ma nei due giorni successivi le informazioni che mi occorrevano le ho reperite da solo mentre la risposta al mio quesito è arrivata solo qualche ora dopo che avevo già effettuato l'acquisto
