Order was easy to place, tracking was accurate and, once shipped, the product arrived when announced, relatively quickly considering the origin (Italy) and the destination (USA-Midwest). I would have rated Excellent if the time between the order placement (March 9th) and shipment (March 16th) had been shorter. Even when considering the week end in between. I now have to mount the windshield and verify its fit.
