COVIT-19 is having a negative impact on business.
However, Motostorm's customer service was willing to replace the defective product with a new one.
They shipped the goods as soon as they were ready. The luggage arrived early. The luggage arrived from Italy to Japan in about 4 days.
I am thankful.
