Prodotto arrivato in tempo ma completamente stropicciato. Essendo un capo riscaldabile quindi con resistenza interna oltre ad essere impresentabile si rischia la rottura delle resistenze. Il fattore umano quindi l’attenzione finale ed il controllo andrebbe in questo caso migliorato. Grave mancanza. Ciao
