The process had its challenges due to the current pandemic. Ordered a pair of boots and a helmet, however, only ended up with the boots only because motostorm does not have the helmet in their warehouse and had to wait for the supplier to ship which took longer than they originally aimed.

Customer support staff from motostorm, Carol, was prompt in responding and apologized for the delay.

The purchasing process was smooth but had its flaws.
