The website is in my favourite bar and is easily accessible when I need to get onto Motostorm website when I need to purchase my next motorcycle items. However the delivery to a secured PO Box has been an issue due to the freight carrier not delivering to a PO Box. Other than that I'm very happy with the dealing with Motostorm for parts and pricing. That is why I keep returning to Motostorm.

El proceso de compra con Motostorm.it ha sido excelente, por la rapidez en la entrega y por el producto que ha llegado en perfecto estado. Lo más lamentable ha sido el momento en el que la chica que atiende el teléfono de la agencia de reparto GLS en Camino viejo de Coín en Fuengirola (Málaga), cuando hablando por teléfono para concretar la entrega y me faltó el respeto con palabras y el tono de voz, además de colgarme. Es una lástima porque tira por la borda el trabajo de muchas personas responsables por culpa de una mal educada que tenían que enviar a la calle.

First, I placed the order of my Shoei helmet on March 10, and it was supposed to be shipped on 20 March but nothing happened.
However, I got in touch with Motostorm, and later following my numerous emails, they amended the order based on the availability on March 30, but they shipped and delivered it very fast.
So, there was a bit of delay but finally i received my beautiful Shoei in a perfect packaging.
