Easy transaction, extremely well-packaged. Slight delay from submitting the order to actual shipment & tracking, but once on the way the FedEx delivery was timely and arrived in time for 3-week trip. One demerit for Customs fees of over $100USD -- this was not highlighted as part of the transaction and was a "surprise" addition to the overall cost of the merchandise. FedEx sent the $103USD Customs bill in the mail well after package delivery, but there was no such alert on my FedEx app.

I've been a customer of Motostorm for several years. I live in California in the USA. and have purchased several Helmets and a lot riding gear of all types from them and always had a very good experience.They ship almost unbelievably fast, and on a couple of occasions when I ordered the wrong size they exchanged it or gave me return credit without problem.
