It was a hassle-free transaction. Their delivery was within the timeframe they provided. And the items are what I expected. They are highly recommended.

Motostorm's customer service is great.

They have a wide range of products.

But my latest purchase had a bit of a bad experience.

When I was tracking my parcel, my parcel was returned to Motostorm from the airport without any prior notice.

If there is a problem in the process of shipping the package, I would like them to inform the customer of the reason in advance.

If there is no notice, the customer will be anxious because they don't know why there was a problem.

When I contacted them by email, I found out the reason.

I won't write the reason here.

And they said it would take a week to resend the parcel.

I requested to cancel the order by email.

There was no reply from them for a long time. So I spent a time not knowing whether I could cancel or not.

I was finally able to cancel.

Motostorm's cancellation and refund response was sincere.

If there is a problem in the process of shipping, Motostorm should inform the customer of the reason and the subsequent response.

Motostorm should also respond to customer emails promptly, even if it's just an automated, perfunctory reply.

I would like to continue shopping with Motostorm in the future.

Good delivery on the end. Order took a while and communication wasn’t great but finished up ok.
