I ordered a pair of Gaerne Balance Oiled boots. First I had some issue in the payment and the order didn’t go through. I emailed Motostorm and they replied in a day verifying that the order had failed. I ordered again (successfully). Then upon receiving the boots I noticed that my size (43) was too small for my legs. I contacted Motostorm via email because my shipment didn’t contain a return ticket as promised. They answered the email within hours and immediately sent me a return ticket. Then I ordered a pair of bigger boots and they arrived well in time. Everything has worked well with Motostorm and they have been professional. I did, however, notice that my latest shipment didn’t contain the return ticket either. : )

I was really pleased with the speed of delivery and that the order came with free return postage included. The boots were perfect and I can't wait to get them out on a ride.
