I purchased a helmet from Motostorm and was happy with both the helmet and Motostorm's customer service. Due to FedEx being a sub par business, I had to contact Motostorm's customer service on multiple occasions always receiving a quick and informative response. Now, if this was a review of FedEx, the rating would be considerably less.
