I'm in Canada and they are in Italy. They answered my questions in a timely fashion. Product arrived in perfect condition. Only blemishes were from manufacturing which has nothing to do with Motostorm. Got in on a Black Friday sale and saved $200 compared to buying it locally including shipping from Italy. Have $60 Euros in future order credits. I would happily work with them again.

Very nice website. Easy to get around in. Order shipped in a reasonable time from across the pond to the USA. The only thing I didn't know was they wanted a signature to deliver which isn't a bad thing just would have been nice to know upfront. Will definitely order from mono storm again.

These folks are clearly doing most things the right way. Happy to have done business with them. And happy with my new Givi case. My one concern, though not enough to withhold a star, is that they should be using packing peanuts or spray foam in their shopping boxes. The manufacturer's shrink wrap packaging saved me from having any trouble , so no harm no foul. Thanks folks.

As living in Australia things are hard to get sometimes! so i paid the price i wanted and freight costs were lower then i expected, great service.
