This was my first time ordering from Motostorm and my first time ordering from over seas. I was concerned about how customer service would be handled if there were problems, but the prices and selection were too good to pass up.. There were some shipping problems, but Andrea did an excellent job of getting the matter resolved quickly. I was so impressed with the quick response and resolution of my problem that I have no problem ordering from Motostorm again.. My only area of criticism would be that it should be more obvious if items are left out of a shipment because they are back ordered.

Il servizio vendita è efficiente ed i prezzi concorrenziali, ma la disponibilità della merce in vendita è limitata, quindi i tempi di spedizione si allungano notevolmente. Tuttavia questo limite è ben evidenziato, quindi chi ordina ne è cosciente.

Great prices, fast shipping! One item ( one of the boot covers ) has some manufacturer's imperfection though, but I will fix it myself ( it should be sawn to its place ), because it's kind of costly to send it back and forth for replacement :) Otherwise I'm pretty happy with my purchase :) Rain suit works flawlessly ( already tried riding in it under heavy rain ). Will be back one day for more cool stuff :) Kind regards! Cheers!
