(In English): I took a chance on ordering from an unknown overseas company (Motostorm). Customer service via telephone was excellent and my order was taken very efficiently (especially since I spoke no Italian). Not only did I get my boots for almost 1/2 price! of the cost for them in the US, they were shipped Immediately. I ordered them on May 16 and received them in the US on May 23 in perfect condition
