Order processing was very fast but I needed to get a email to confirm order was accepted.. The package (large item) was dispatched fast.. FedEx service and tracking was great.. The parcel travelled over 14,000Kms to Australia and arrived at my home in excellent condition.. Box intact and contents were perfect.. Its a brilliant site and I really do appreciate the great order processing and delivery service. molte grazie.
