shipping international: there was not enough information on the shipping document. export to USA needs name of item, material it is made from, manufacturer w/ phone and address. the import official stopped my helmet in Memphis and I went online to find the info to the best of my ability. however, your service is great and I will shop again. . . my item was not in stock when ordered which delayed the shipping process. Overall, very good customer services. Quick to respond to email and fast shipping once the item was ready. Item was delivered 3 days earlier than expected using Fedex.

The prices are great compared to the U.S. retailers. It took 3 weeks for my order to arrive. Good shipping and packaging which costs $30. The bad thing though is if you are ordering to the U.S., your going to be charged for customs which costed me $26. My total purchase was $355 although still cheaper than if I bought from an American retailer. I would buy from them again but the Fedex customs fee makes me reconsider importing. Great company.
