Maybe by providing better real time order status. When I placed my order, I knew it would not ship right away, as it said ships in 4/7. The only information I had was that it was processing. I contacted customer support about 8 business day later to check on the status, after which my order was apparently ready and available for shipping. Would it have been unless I called? I don't know. That being said, I could not be more please with the pricing and shipping costs as well as the entire order process. I think people are always hesitant to place international orders, but I feel your company was very professional!

It has been a good shopping experience. I recommend updating better the descriptions of the items on your site(specially the lightech and rizoma items). This will make it easier to shop..
