After I placed my order, there was almost no reply information from your company informing me if the helmet was in stock and when you expected to ship. To improve your service, it would be good to immediately advise the customer when you expect to ship WHEN you reply to him/her with the order confirmation.. . After approximately two weeks passed from the time I ordered, I finally received an email from you that you were shipping the next day, and that I should expect delivery here in Texas in about a week. Compliments to you and your shipper, because the package was delivered 2 days ahead of schedule.. . In summary, your communication could be improved by advising approximately when to expect shipment when you send the Order Confirmation. However, your actual shipping service is excellent once you finally advised the customer that you are ready to ship.. . It was a pleasure to buy from you, and I will be a repeat customer.

Consiglio a tutti di fare affari con Motostorm. Ottimi prodotti, consegna nei tempi. Ho dovuto, per colpa mia, effettuare un reso. Il giorno dopo la richiesta è passato il corriere per il ritiro. Gratis!!! . Grazie è complimenti
