Hi guys,. . I am very impressed with Motostorm. I purchase a reasonably priced (compared to everyone else) pair of Sidi Crossfire 2 SRS Boots and made contact after my order to include a matching Supermoto Sole to suit. The Service and Correspondence from Motostorm was clean and clear with the Boots somehow arriving at my door from Italy to Australia within 1 week : ) ... The SM Soles were reasonabily priced. They were happy to slip them in the boot box not adding to any further postage. I would order from Motostorm again and would recommend Motostorm to others. I am happy if Motostorm would like to share my review. Thank you . . ***. Western Australia

If there were directions on your website how to purchase from non Euro countries ie Australia to get vat excluded this would be helpful. Customer support was excellent and all enquires were answered promptly. Shipping with FedEx was trackable 24/7 even able to pick up two days earlier . So good to be able to buy with confidence and get a genuine Italian product even came with stickers how great is that .Will defs be using Motostorm and recommending same Ant from Oz

Extremely good service from the Motostorm team. Emails were answered very promptly despite the time difference. The time from sending the item to receiving it in Australia was only 5 days. Have recommended Motostorm to my friends who have purchased items. Reason is you can't buy most high end apparel in Australia and the price was so good. Will be buying more from Motostorm in the near future.

Avendo da poco acquistato la moto è la prima volta che mi servo di voi.. Non c è niente da dire siete professionali , cortesi e disponibili verso i clienti, la merce mi è arrivata integra e in perfette condizioni.. Non ho dubbi alla prima occasione in cui avrò bisogno di qualche accessorio mi rivolgerò a voi.. Arrivederci a presto..

Molto professionali e disponibili sempre presenti anche in caso di problemi restituzione della merce e rimborso immediato.. e senza nessuna spesa da parte del cliente.. E' piacevole, Sicuro e conveniente fare affari con motorstorm. Grazie Alla prossima.

At first I was unsure about this site after I placed my order. I received a confirmation email but no information on shipping. I sent an email to them and received a response the next day that my order was being processed. Once my boots were shipped, I received an email that my order would be here by March 5th. I was pleasantly surprised to received them on March 2nd. The box was in excellent condition as were my boots. My foot is 10.5 and I had to order a 45 which is larger, but the larger size fit great and once I use thicker socks will be perfect. I am extremely satisfied with this site and my order and I will definitely use this site again and recommend it to my friends.
