Pur nella consapevolezza che il mio ordine è stato fatto il 20.12.14, con tutte le problematiche del caso, sarebbe stato opportuno informarmi delle difficoltà x la consegna anziché aspettare che chiedessi io che fine avesse fatto l'ordine. Devo comunque dire che la risposta alla e-mail inviatavi è stata immediata ed esaustiva. Inoltre il materiale inviato è risultato rispondente perfettamente alle aspettative.
