Absolutely great price on Shoei Hornet helmet and excellent service. Ordered on Sunday evening Australia time and delivered to my house Friday morning. Basically 4 business days! Quicker than most in country deliveries. :)

Everything was easy and hassle free the only problem was the courier had to call me because the address they was incomplete moto storm left out my street name

We were initially concerned with international shipping. However, there was no issue with customs delivering to the US. Will order again as they are an authorized reseller.

Ordering was easy. Received product in a timely manner. The only issue I have is return process. Trying to figure out how you get a return label so as to send it back. The policy says that they will take the return fees out of what you get back, which I am fine with but then they just give you a return address in Italy and no explanation of a return label needed for UPS.
