Delivery time was a bit longer than expected, but otherwise ok. One anoying thing is that FedEx couldn't deliver in time and that I had to go to a pickup center to get my parts. I will avoid FedEx in the future.

I live in the USA and the Klim Ai-1 airbag vest was shipped FedEx and was impressed how fast delivery was. If buying this vest keep in mind that in in Europe they do not ship the in&box module with the vest, you just order the module online at in&motion website either lease or buy one outright. It is confusing as in the USA they ship it with the vest. Motostorm was very helpful in explaining the above. I saved money on this purchase, shipped fast and noticed no USA sales taxes. I'm pleased.

Great prices and dispatched immediately. All my gear arrived in Australia within a week or so which was a pleasant surprise. Purchased gear by using the sizing charts provided and everything fitted perfectly. Definitely look to purchase from them again.

I was looking for help getting "keyed alike" ABUS bike locks and Motostorm, and specifically Juliana, worked with me to fully meet my requirements. The locks were shipped in a rather short amount of time, in fact much quicker than I expected.
