Good packaging, fast delivery.
When problems arrive they contact you via email and ask you how you want them to handle the situation.
In my case, one part was not availible. I asked them to deliver the other stuff first and that I would wait for the last one. The first package arrived faster then I thought, but the last one got one week more delayed.
Still happy that they split the order without adding some shipping fee.

I am in the USA. Midwest. I placed an order on Tuesday 7/12.The label was created seemingly immediately and the item was received by UPS that same day. It was set to arive on 7/15 Friday but a mechanical failure delayed it until today Monday 7/18. The item actually arrived close to my hame that friday morning but the delivery truck broke down. Despite the delay (not motostorm's fault) , this was light speed shipping. I expected a package from europe to take 2 weeks and these guys delivered in 3 days (minus the UPS caused dely)! Bravo and thanks again. The product is great and I will buy again!
