I'm based in Canberra, Australia (a long way from Italy!) and Motostorm is now my favourite place to buy motorcycle gear online. I've ordered parts, clothing and helmets on three occasions now and never had an issue. Items always arrive perfectly. I don't know how they manage the shipping prices but I'm not complaining!
Just note that it will cost a lot to ship something back internationally from AUS (e.g if pants don't fit), so really do your homework on clothes / gear sizes and if you can try on locally I would recommend that approach.
In my experience buying gear from Motostorm saves me hundreds over buying locally but importantly the range is great and the stock levels are accurate.
