Rather slow delivery, but everything else was good.

Today I received my package that was ordered on 10th November and shipped on 24th November, making it a few days short of a month between ordering to delivery in Australia via FedEx/TNT. Website simple to use, could be better with multiple filters possible with each variable, for example selecting two manufacturers is not possible once one has been selected.

tempi di spedizione lunghi, cambio merce ancora peggio.. dopo 9 giorni non ho ancora ricevuto ancora nemmeno informazioni in merito..

Purtroppo i tempi di consegna sono stati lunghissimi. È vero che la causa dipendeva dal fornitore ma Motostorm non doveva scrivere sull'articolo "disponibile in 7 giorni " . Sono stati comunque gentili nella risposta al mio reclamo

The shipping was fast. Very good. But, I was surprised that upon delivery, I need to pay “duties and taxes” ( $128.65 ). They should have disclose that during the purchase process. On top of that, the courier, UPS, did not notify me properly that they only accept money order or cashier’s check.

Effettuato l'ordine il 19 ottobre, doveva essere spedito il 25. Il pacco è arrivato il 4. Giudicate voi e non vado oltre

The site is great in terms of its product availability and ease of placing an order, I will however caution you towards the import taxes that you may incur should you order from the UK as the only available delivery company is FedEx who preemtively pay the import taxes on your behalf and then places an upcharge for doing so after you've received the product. Brexit happened years ago and I know import charges are required but I should have at least gotten the option to pay it up front without having to pay FedEx a 30% fee for doing it. Beyond that the actual site is great, perhaps they could employ other delivery companies such as DHL just so the customers wouldn't get unnecessarily charged fees on taxes we already know we have to pay.

Delievery was quick and the product arrived in good condition however sending it back is a huge pain because fedex is annoying. I have to either call them and get someone to come over and pick it or drive an hour to drop it off at a pickup spot. With dhl I could just drop it off at our local postal office which is a 2min drive away from my home.
