I sent out email on 11/30 regarding to the Halloween discount code:ADDAMS. Which should reduce price by 10%. But still not heard anything back yet. The boots delivered fast and it fits perfectly. But wondering if the coupon issue will get reply soon. Thank you!

Eine genauere Information der Versendung wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.
Am 1.10 sollte es versenden werden ist dann aber doch erst am 23.10 versenden worden.
Meine E-Mail ist anscheinend auch nicht beachtet oder übersehen worden.

I recently buy the spare part "Arai Xgf Quantic Front Air Intake Smoke" for my helmet. I was disappointed because the English page of the article tell "Sold in pairs" but it was not true, it come with only one part, not a pairs. The quality of the product is very good. Yet, the customer service was quite poor. The delivery was extremely slow! It took over 2 months to receive. There should have been some additional refund for the shipping for such a late delivery.

Ho dato 3 stelle nonostante la consegna mi sia stata fatta 60 giorni dopo l'ordine,mi sarei aspettato per cortesia almeno un buono spesa simbolico, non si può ordinare un' articolo che non è presente al momento dell'ordine ed il giorno dopo è ancora ordinabile????

The staff was responsive and once they received the item shipped it very quickly. However, took 4 weeks to get it. If I knew upfront it would take almost a month, I would have went another route.
