I order stand and handles and choose shipping to Serbia, but dispatch was late very.
They using fedex which means more costs for import.

They never answer on email but on skype they are very acurate.

The product will work for my needs, but the packaging was terrible. The lock was out of the bubble pack and was bounced around in shipping. Their needs to be more care taken in the shipping process.

i took more than a week before package is sent. some Europe Motor store send the package in 2-3 days.

Price gauging around Black Friday: couldn't use my discount codes, ordered anyway, ended up paying more as the price dropped again 2-3 days after BF.
Some products are reported available and orderable in a certain size, but after the order I've been told they're discontinued in the size ordered. Pretty weird.

They charged $30.00 to delivery my package which I was not aware of. I had to fill out some form for customs which it took time off the delivery.
