Spedizione molto rapida una volta disponibile tutto il materiale, ma nel negozio un'articolo segnato come disponibile in realtà non lo era e solo sotto mia richiesta, visto il ritardo sulla spedizione mi e' stato detto che non era disponibile e mi e' stato proposto ad un prezzo un po' scontato un articolo simile ma più costoso rispetto a quello da me scelto.
Consiglio di assicurarsi sulla disponibilità "reale" del materiale.
Per il resto nulla da eccepire, nonostante tutto credo che acquisterò ancora in questo negozio.

Il venditore è serio e ho già acquistato. la merce arriva velocissima. In questo ordine avevo prima fatto una domanda specifica e la risposta non è stata proprio realistica.

Fast shipment and good prices so happy about the seller, however some issue with the delivery.
Delivery man only phone when in front of my house but goes away without ringing the doorbell as he could not reach me. There was somebody inhouse at that time.

Order was ready for delivery really in a short time but the delivery was really late with a local service by FedEx definitely poor. You can definitely do better for the money I spent for the delivery

Il mio voto sarebbe stato decisamente migliore se fosse stato messo in evidenza che il prodotto da me acquistato non era disponibile e che avrei dovuto aspettare la riapertura del magazzino del produttore. Ho scoperto la cosa solo contattando io il negozio e chiedendo il perchè del ritardo dell'evasione dell'ordine. E' un peccato, perchè trovo Motostorm un sito ben fatto e con un'ottima gamma di prodotti

Per avere i caschi ho aspettato la bellezza di 2 settimane, si sono giustificati dicendomi che non gli avevano a magazzino. Quando sono arrivati ho visto che la mentoniera staccabile di un casco aveva un pezzo rotto, dopo avergli mandato le foto con il pezzo rotto ho aspettato 3 settimane e dopo ripetute telefonate sono riuscito ad avere la mentoniera nuova. Motostorm si trova a Morciano di Romagna io abito a Fano.

Now for the bad part. My country is in the EU but not in the list that you have on your site so in order for me to return a product i will have to pay the return shipping - not a big problem but not convenient either as most EU countries do have that free shipping label included in their purchase ( Romania is my country ).
Another point that can be taken under consideration is the fact that there should be a procedure available just for swapping the products. For example i purchased a pair of Dainese Delta Pro C2 Perforated leather pants size 58 and they fit big, so i need to return them and get the exact same product, one size down to 56. Now i have to return the pants, pay for the shippment, wait 1 week for the pants to be delivered, and another 1 or 2 weeks to see the money back, at which point i will be able to place another order for the correct size. It is just such a waste of time on both sides... it would be 1 000 000 easier just to send the pants back and get the same product in a different size sent back to me, as the product does not change, but only the size of it.
Also on this front, gloves that are size 3XL are not available usually from Alpinestars, only in black as a color.
Forcefield has a series of very good upgrade armour ( Isolator 2 series ), that i cannot even find on your site.
And do not get me started on the 5 or more minutes that you have to wait for any kind of response in the chat window available on the website.
Again, products - great. prices - great, delivery - quick, range of products offered - quite small, and customer care service is a joke.. to be able to have 2 question answered i had to spend over 20 minutes on the chat. In 2017... i think this is simply unacceptable - it is a part of the reason that i may decide to repurchase the pants with another reseller, just because the customer care service is very bad to almost non existent.
