I ordered boots that the website said they had (I didn't know they were on back order); it has taken a month and a half to receive confirmation that they were shipping. During that month and a half I wrote two emails saying I wanted to cancel. Still waiting for delivery (I realize that takes a while, as it was an international shipment.)

Buon assortimento, tempi Doc consegna ok. Tempi di rimborso in caso di recesso da rivedere. Almeno 30 giorni sono un po' troppi anche se comunicati chiaramente al momento dell'acquisto.

Order date wrong ordered 21st of the 4th 2017 had to contact to find out what was going on with my order.Had not heard from them emailed to get a response. You should send estimated time of arrival or in my case let people you do not have item in stock and will take longer. Would be appreciated Hope this help,s.

Its used to be great... now slowly in decline. My discount coupon no longer collate in the website under my account. I had to read my email and search past email for my coupons now.

Al momento dell'ordine il prodotto era segnato come disponibile. Solo dopo aver chiesto quando sarebbe stato spedito mi è stata riferita una data. Li ho ricontattati giorni dopo per avere info sulla spedizione e mi è stato detto che il prodotto sarebbe stato disponibile circa 15 giorni dopo.
Detto questo il prodotto è poi arrivato e corrispondeva a quanto richiesto.
In conclusione: tutto ok ma c'è qualcosa da migliorare (almeno secondo la mia esperienza).

Good website. but coupons I've earned from thousands of dollars of purchases can not be combined. And I just received my order in a super damaged box and all scratched up.

Prezzo di più basso dei concorrenti.
Una nota negativa sul fatto che in fase di ordine non è stato indicato che il prodotto non fosse immediatamente disponibile. Una volta disponibile la spedizione è stata celere.

All are OK, except delivery take too long. I waited two weeks since my order was made to get it home. Client service response not quick, but not bad, 2 days waiting too. In France it would be much worst. So overall happy and rate three stars to motivate Motostrom to improve!
