All are OK, except delivery take too long. I waited two weeks since my order was made to get it home. Client service response not quick, but not bad, 2 days waiting too. In France it would be much worst. So overall happy and rate three stars to motivate Motostrom to improve!

Thank you for trading this time. The item arrived safely. However, although it was a brand new, there was black stain on the right side. That's disappointing.

Non chiaro.Ho fatto l'ordine il 30.01.2017 sul sito era scritto prodotto disponibile 7gg.Dopo una settimana chiamo e mi rispondono che lo hanno ordinato.morale ricevuto dopo più di due settimane.X il resto il prodotto sembra ok

Articoli corrispondenti, prezzo adeguato...ma lentezza di spedizione. Spedizione 45 giorni dopo l'ordine (solo parzialmente giustificato dalle vacanze di fine anno).

L'attesa di tre settimane per un prodotto che sarebbe dovuto arrivare in 6/7 giorni penalizza molto il venditore, il prodotto è comunque arrivato ben imballato e privo di difetti

Il casco acquistato presenta una banda che non è perfettamente in asse.
Va bene lo stesso ma se l'avessi acquistata in negozio quel casco o lo avrei scartato o avrei chiesto uno sconto aggiuntivo.
