I can only rate this order 3 of 5 star due to package being delivered damaged and missing an item. I can't tell if this is Motostorm's fault or the carrier but I've sent a message to Motorstorm to see if the missing item will be replaced. The communication was excellent and shipping pretty fast. If I can, I will edit this after I find out if Motostorm will make good on the missing item.

Everything I ordered came complete but I waited way longer than was supposed to.
The Clutch cover from CNC-Racing fits on my Ducati 848 SF but the holder for the covering in front of the clutch cover don't fit with that part and you need to do some part for yourself to screw that cover on.

Al momento dell'ordine sul sito il prodotto veniva indicato come disponibile, dopo giorni di ritardo e a fronte di una mia telefonata mi veniva detto che il prodotto non era disponibile e in attesa di consegna da parte del fornitore. Tra l'altro l'operatrice si impegnava a richiamarmi il giorno successivo per darmi aggiornamenti, ma non ho mai ricevuto una telefonata. Dichiarare che un prodotto è disponibile e dopo aver pagato e fatto l'ordine comunicare che non lo è e per questo bisogna aspettare tempi lunghi per la consegna a mio parere è una pratica commerciale scorretta. Prodotto arrivato con 20 giorni di ritardo cmq conforme. Non troppo soddisfatto del servizio.

Il website è chiaro. Il mio ordine non è arrivato come previsto pero, il servizio cliente ha sempre seguito e dato notizie giuste per seguire l'ordine.

Great product, and easy ordering process. The shipping updates could be better coordinated as the process was not quick coming through Customs and such.

Mi dispiace dare questa valutazione. Però questo é il terzo acquisto che faccio sul sito, i primi 2 sono andati benissimo sia come articoli che tempi di consegna, questo ultimo invece , prodotto bellissimo e packaging curato ma la spedizione é stata lentissima, soprattutto perché il prodotto era disponibile! Ordinato l’8 dicembre , arrivato il 22 dicembre.

I purchased a helmet during the Black Friday sale. The purchase was done online via their website, I decided to buy the helmet because there was an additional 10% off the sale price.
During the purchase process online, it was quite unclear where to apply the additional discount code and by mistake the purchase was made without me applying the code.
As soon as I realised what had happened I emailed Motostorm to ask if they could rectify my mistake and apply the additional discount. Motostorm did not take the time even respond back to me for a decision on the issue.
I did receive my helmet ( I’m located in Australia) but have still not had a response from Motostorm. I’m very disappointed Motostorm totally neglected my honest mistake and couldn’t be bothered to respond at all.
I was taking a risk purchasing an expensive item from an overseas company and will now reassess to only purchase in Australia where I have local support.

Merce integra e ben confezionata,ottimi prezzi unico neo da migliorare i tempi di consegna, un po' troppo lunghi
