There's a Black Friday discount offered after I made purchased. The order was not shipped yet. I asked for a price match but they said it's not possible.
Hello, your order was closed and shipped the day after it was registered. The order was placed during the Black Friday week. Sorry but we cannot be held responsibile for any price reductions displayed on our website after the order has been shipped.

It took about a week and a half for them to even ship it out. During that waiting period I sent them several emails saying cancel if the helmet weighs over a certain limit. They replied saying the incorrect weight. They ignored my emails and shipped it out anyway ...and of course it's heavier than advertised. Now they want me to pay shipping back to them which is totally unfair when I told him not to ship it.

Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. As the Uk is no longer part of the European community you do not pay Vat when purchasing form Motostorm. However you willbe charged customs duties when the parcel arrives to the Uk. We state this one our website and also on the confirmation email that you receive after you place the order.

Hoy se ha recibido el pedido, pero la chaqueta Berik, viene sin el forro térmico desmontable (...) Tienen Vds., que solucionar esto sin falta. Necesito que alguien de su empresa se ponga en contacto telefónico conmigo. Disponen del número. Solo puedo decirles que después de tres cambios de chaqueta, el tiempo que ha pasado hasta que ha llegado, y que venga así, es una vergüenza...Con el frío que hace...Repito: Tienen que solucionar esto a la mayor brevedad. Nada me desagradaría más, que tener que dirigirme a Vds., a través de otros medios legales.

Lamentamos mucho el inconveniente causado, la chaqueta la recibimos directamente del productor y se la enviamos.

If you receive a defective product overseas, you have no choice but to abandon the return with a return shipping fee that is as expensive as or more expensive than the product.
Also, packaging is messy.
We will never use them again.
