Hi, we are sorry for the misunderstanding. The product you have ordered on our website arrives directly from Termignoni. They have decided not to include the sprintfilter any more in the exhaust they send us. Indeed on our website it is not mentioned that the sprtinfilter is included because it is not any more. They say it is already mounted on all new Panigale. However if yours should not be provided already with the filter, you can purchase it separately. The code for standard filter is PM160S for Ducati Panigale V4/S/SP 1100 (2018-2022) at 70.40€, or the carbon one PM160SF1-85 at 199€.

Très déçu par l'achat d'un porte paquet pour top case. Le système de fixation est incomplet et je ne peux pas le monter !

Bonjour, nous sommes désolès pour le problème rencontré. le produit arrive directement de la marque productrice. Nous leur avons demandé comment procéder et avons reçu réponse ce matin : nous avons donc bien répondu à votre email d'hier ce matin. Dès que nous aurons votre réponse nous pourrons agir rapidement afin que la marque productrice vous envoie les éléments manquants au plus vite. Nous nous excusons pour tout inconvénient causé.

More than 2 months delay before sending my order. In addition, my order was delivered by UPS at a wrong adress.
We are very sorry for the delay in shipping your order. we have informed you about the postponed arrival of the product as soon as we have been notified by the manufacturer. The product was shipped same day we have received it from them to avoid any further delay. Regarding the transport company, it seems they have had an issue at delivery and therefore have placed the parcel at the closest deposit for you to pick it up at your convenience. The carrier, UPS, didn't understand Japanese addresses and caused me very much confusion. They claimed my address was a post office box. It is not. It's a physical address in Japan. Yamato Express had no problem with it once they received the package from UPS. So much wasted time trying to contact people to fix a proble that doesn't exist. I'm very dissapointed with them.
