Buon giorno, abbiamo verificato e i prodotti spediti a Lei corrispondono a quanto ordinato. Abbiamo ricevuto la Sua mail ma non c'era alcune domande quindi abbiamo concluso la pratica. Ricordiamo che se Lei non è soddisfatto di un prodotto, può chiedere il reso gratuito tramite il nostro sito e rimborseremo l'articolo. Per essere idoneo al reso il prodotto deve essere nelle medesime condizioni in cui è stato ricevuto, completo di imballaggio, etichette, protezioni e pellicole. Pertanto non saranno accettati resi di prodotti che vengono restituiti senza il packaging originale, che sono stati utilizzati o che sono stati danneggiati, laddove il danno sia stato provocato da un montaggio non conforme alle specifiche del prodotto stesso. Connection I had a bad experience the delivery man did not deliver the package to me three days in a row I would buy it again on your site because there are too many problems with your delivery people the package I did not get it I want to be refunded and I will not make any more purchases

Purtroppo non posso dare una recensione positiva. Ordine fatto il 19 di dicembre e ricevuto l'11 di febbraio.
La recensione negativa non è tanto per il tempo che è passato per ricevere ma solo per il fatto che non mi arrivava mai nessuna notizia.

Non ho dato il voto più basso giusto perchè mi avete sempre risposto abbastanza celermente.
So che sono cose che capitano però molto difficilmente acquisterò ancora da voi.

Buonasera Letizia, mi dispiace per l'inconveniente. Purtroppo in ditta non avevano una data prevista di arrivo per il prodotto, per cui l'abbbiamo avvisata di questo e proposto un rimborso. Rimaniamo comunque a disposizione qualora avesse bisogno di aiuto o informazioni.

spedizione dopo troppo tempo
Buonasera, come poteva vedere al momento dell'ordine e nel suo account, la spedizione sarebbe stata effettuata dopo 7 giorni lavorativi e i tempi sono stati rispettati. Cordiali saluti.

Despite showing my order as in stock, it wasn’t and had to be ordered from the manufacturer causing a one month delay. Customer services were very helpful once I contacted them.
