Purtroppo devo lasciare un giudizio negativo, filtro ordinato non giusto per foto sul sito sbagliata. Si scusano rispedisco filtro senza alcuna spesa
mi confermano che il materiale è ritornato in sede e faranno rimborso spero velocemente. Un vero peccato.

Servizio pessimo. Merce indicata come disponibile sul loro sito, parrebbe che sia stata spedita dopo 25 giorni dall'ordine. Corriere ancora più cialtrone di loro, non effettua la consegna che quotidianamente indica come imminente.

Don't buy if you're in the UK. I received a tax import duty (not knowing it was being shipped for what I would consider a very expensive price already. £53 tax is unbelievable for a £200 product.

Hello, we inform our customers that those outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. Dont forget that you did pay tax when purchasing from us. It is normal that your government asks you to pay taxes and duties when the parcel arrives to your country.

Ordine effettuato in data 18.08.2024 costituito da una giacca e pantalone marca CLOVER. Aspetto 2 settimane.....niente, decido di chiamare l'assistenza clienti il 30.08.2024, la signora riferisce di un ritardo sull'arrivo dei pantaloni in azienda. Nessun problema, aspetto. Il 17.09.2024 richiamo l'assistenza clienti per informarli che nulla mi era arrivato a casa, riferiscono che l'indomani mi avrebbero contattato....niente. Il 25.09.2024 richiamo, nuovamente, l'assistenza clienti per informarli che nulla mi era arrivato a casa, mi rispondono che probabilmente ci sono stati dei problemi.....Nel tardo pomeriggio del 25.09.2024 mi assicurano che la merce è arrivata in negozio e mi sarà spedita. Il 30.09.2024 ricevo l'ordine a casa!!!
Comunque ottimi prodotti! Peccato per il disservizio della spedizione.

Ci dispiace molto per il ritardo del suo ordine. I due articoli ordinati non erano indicati come in magazzino sul nostro sito e quindi sono stati ordinati dal marchio. Ci sono state in effetti delle problematiche relative al arrivo del pantalone che abbiamo provato di risolvere insieme al marchio al più presto. Purtroppo si trattava di una situazione particolare e alla fine non è stato possibile accorciare le tempistiche, anche se abbiamo spedito non appena ricevuto l'articolo. Ci scusiamo per il disagio causato e assicuriamo che stiamo lavorando costantemente per migliorare i nostri servizi e la soddisfazione dei nostri clienti.

Tempi di attesa eccessivamente lunghi (dal momento dell'ordine all'arrivo della spedizione sono trascorsi 37 giorni), imballo non appropriato, parte degli oggetti sparsi all'interno del pacco e fuori dalle loro confezioni e la consegna non è stata recapitata a domicilio, come riportato sull'ordine, ma a un punto di prelievo brt. Al momento del ritiro ho tovato l'imballo parzialmente bagnato, aperto del corriere e richiuso malamente dallo stesso con del nastro da pacchi.

Motostorm sent me a defective product.
I immediately contacted Motostorm with a picture of the defective product, but received no response.
I had no choice but to report it to PayPal, and Motostorm contacted me.
They said they would send a part that had nothing to do with the defective part.
Once again, I attached a picture of the defective part and explained to Motostorm that it was a fundamental manufacturing error by the manufacturer and that it was not a normal product, and they informed me that they would give me a full refund and that I should return the product.
In order to return the item from here, I would need to have the high taxes I paid upon receipt of the item returned to me by customs.
To do this, I have to return the item through customs.
This is very time-consuming.
It is not easy to return goods overseas.
Motostorm knowingly sends poorly inspected and defective products overseas.
In addition, the return slips provided by Motostorm appear to contain false information regarding the amount of goods involved in the import/export process.
And of course, there is no apology from Motostorm.
Discussions are ongoing.

Hello, thanking you for your feedback. As you know we are very sorry for this inconvenience. You have been contacted by customer service and you have been sent a prepaid shipping ticket to send the item back to Motostorm to recieve a full refund. You will not be charged by customs in your country to send the item back to Italy as the customs duties are the responsibilty of who pays for the return ticket. The value indicated is not false as the item you have recieved has been exported previously. Please follow the instructions that you have been sent to return the defective item.

Non c'è modo di contattare, fino a 10 giorni di ritardo dell'ordine e senza preavviso. Molto da migliorare nel contatto con il cliente. A quanto pare non sono l'unico cliente dei tanti che si sono lamentati

I received my bags within 2 weeks of ordering . Quality is great , however the right side bag mount is incorrect. I have emailed with photos and part numbers of the incorrect side as well as the correct side. I believe the wrong bar was placed in the package . I am waiting for a response once that is done to my satisfaction you will receive your other 3 stars . Currently I cannot use the bags due to fitment issues

Hello, our return policy clearly states that in the event that the size of the purchased product does not match the expectations you can return the item(s). Within 30 days of receipt of goods you must login to your order list and fill out the return form. All return shipping charges are your responsibility. You can then place another order. Products must be returned unused and with all the original packaging to receive your refund. We will deduct any associated fees and shipping costs from your refund. You will get your refund with the same payment method used for your order in about 1-2 weeks from reception.
