Motostorm didn't fill out the customs forms correctly. My helmet was stuck in customs for over a week. After several emails, and phone calls I was able to resolve the problem myself.

we are sorry about the delay your parcel had during shipping. All of our shipments are accompanied with the correct documents. Some countries can ask for extra documents during customs clearance. When we receive this request from Fedex we send all required documents so as the parcel can be delivered as soon as possible.

At fist it was good and after I received the item it went bad. Sometimes it's not black and white and honest people are left with a bad experience. Sad really.

Avevo letto le altre recensioni, e mi sembrava tutto bene.Poi ho effettuato l'ordine di un casco Bell che ovviamente , era segnato che cera la disponibilità, con la mia taglia, invece DOPO UNA SETTIMANA ho scritto una mail, per sapere del mio ordine non ho ricevuto risposta, ho telefonato e solo allora mi hanno detto che non era disponibile, quindi non vi è coerenza. Poi è arriva tutto in ordine per fortuna....

Orderd after reading all the reviews, to find they didn't even ship until I enquired after 7days. Boots are top notch. But the customer service is appalling. Will not use again.

You placed your order on the 02/03/2019, the size you ordered was not in stock and as indciated on our website we could ship after 7/8 working days. You wrote to us on the 9th your order was shipped on the 11th. We replied to you providing your tracking number. I believe that we have fufilled your order request in the shortest possibile time span. We are sorry that you are not satisfied.

Bonjour Pierre et Anne, malheureusement le navigateur que nous vous avons envoyé nous a été livré directement de Garmin et il y avait bien un défaut au niveau du support. Nous vous avons envoyé une nouvelle pièce aujourd'hui pour remplacer celle défectueuse. Quant à la pièce mancante, comme mentionné sur notre site, il s'agit d'un support qui doit etre demandé directement chez le fabricant gratuitement car il en existe plusieurs version et Garmin a voulu laisser le choix aux clients. Nous vous présentons toutes nos excuses pour le désagrément causé.

Il prezzo non è adeguato al jeans. Le sacche sui fianchi sono prive della gomma protettiva. La vita è troppo bassa, adeguata solo a persone giovani e magre ma, certo, non adeguata per persone non più giovanissime e con corporatura normale!

this was a Christmas gift that arrived after Christmas

Hello, your order was shipped the same day you placed the order. It is currently waiting for you to pick it up, as FedEx tried to deliver twice and never found anyone available for the delivery. You can contact FedEx to arrange for a pick up.
