If you are ordering internationally stay away. They offer cheap subsidized shipping to you and fast, but if you need to make an exchange you are on the hook for independent personal shipping which is going to cost you $300+ if you are from the US like me.

They could provide a business return program but they do not in an attempt to finalize sales even if that means screwing you over with a bad fit.

Hello, thanking you foryour feedback. As Motostorm indicates in its return policy we offer free retunr for countries that are located withing the European community. However it is still possibile to return goods for a refund if you are not located in one of these countries. Within 30 days of receipt of goods you must login to your order list and fill out the return form. All return shipping charges are your responsibility. You will get your refund with the same payment method used for your order in about 1-2 weeks from reception of the goods.

The product is great, but the service sucks I waited 3 weeks for the product to leave even though it was marked as available and delivered in 9 days...

Ho fatto 2 grossi ordini. Purtroppo un articolo abbastanza costoso è arrivato ingiallito… l’ho fatto presente, ma non mi hanno mai fatto una nota di credito o un voucher. Sicuramente attrezzati, ma non acquisterò mai più da loro.

La pellicola sulla visiera è un sigillo di garanzia, è la prova concreta che il casco non è stato usato. Nella nostra politica di resi disponibile sul nostro sito indichiamo chiaramente che per essere idoneo al reso il prodotto deve essere nelle medesime condizioni in cui è stato ricevuto, completo di imballaggio, etichette, protezioni e pellicole.

We are sorry that your experience with us was negative. Shipping times were respected, we shipped your order immediately the next day. Regarding customs fees, everything is clearly explained on our website: "Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery.”

Was advised that a visor I enquired about would be available to order later that day. It's now 2 weeks later and still not available on their site. I had to finalise my order without the visor which I will have to order again separately and pay the shipping again, which is more than the cost of the visor. No response to 3x emails.

Thanking you for your feedback. Unfortunately there has been stocking delays for the spare parts of these helmets. As soon as we are sure that they will be shorlty added to our website.

Hello, it's poor communication to advise that it will be available later that day and then no further response despite 3 more follow ups. Unfortunately, I have been told today that on top of what I've paid for the 2x helmets purchased, I now owe $300AUD in customs fees because you failed to charge me 10% GST (about $120AUD) on my order despite it being shipped to Australia. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be ordering from Motostorm again. It would have been more affordable for me to order locally instead..

Customers outside of the UE may be subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Community. Motostorm is a registered importer in Australia and has a official ABN number. As such we follow the Australian government request for us to collect GST only for orders below 1000AUD. For orders above 1000AUD, such as yours, the Australian customs collect themselves by sending the customs bill to the importer through the transport company. The customer is informed when the GST has been applied or not, it is indicated in the cart prior to checkout and in the order confirmation sent by email immediately after placing the order.
