Quick delivery! However, I am finding it hard to return the Helite Jacket for the next larger (from an XL to a 2XL). no info available on where to ship the XL size jacket back to. phone number will not work for me. sent 2 emails requesting info. No responses received to date. Please help!

Looks great, however arrived damaged
Initially I thought it would be great, but then I've removed the protective film only to find that the surface is damaged, not sure but maybe some production error, I don't know. I hope to get a refund or replacement.
