The customer service is very poor I had written quite few emails but no response I am from dubai and when u don't have a proper responses from your customer service it make me feel left out will think twice to place an order next time products are good pricing is pretty decent but your shipping cost and customs duty makes it expensive and luckly i managed to place the rite sizes if i had to make a returns i would have made a huge loss the customs duty price and shipping cost would be a loss and it wouldnt be worth returning

Avevo inviato la settimana precedente all'ordine una richiesta di informazione e mi è stata evasa contestualmente all'invio del bene, quando ormai era tardi per decidere.Adesso mi trovo un pezzo del tutto inutile pagato 19 euro. Io ritengo il servizio più importante del benessere. Distinti saluti

The Givi top case I received had a broken latch when shipped to me. The missing piece was not in the box so it was sent that way. I live in the U.S. so now I have to return internationally, and I'm not looking forward to it. If Motostorm makes it right, I'll improve my review, but for now, 1 star experience.

Ho gia chiesto il reso di cascho blauer ht. Ma nessuno respondeva.

per favore non mettete un foto che sono diverso nel vostro prodotto.
nel foto sono visori scurati invece quello che arrivato sono solo transparente.

Bad delivery estimates, the order arrived about a week later than expected. Also, for some reason, after I had provided phone number information to this company, the courier company in my country reported that no numbers were shared with them. Whether that's a problem on Motostorm's end or it's the courier company, it did not feel organised. The order itself is all good though.

Delivery to US is way to confusing and because of that I am not pleased as I wont be recieving this order. It is being return back to sender. I will not be ordering from here anymore unfortunately because of it.
